Guys I screwed up and bought the wrong size mag for my 9mm 1911 and tossed the packaging before I got home. So I can’t return it. So my screw up is your gain.

Apparently they make a short framed 1911 in 9mm-so this one holds 9 rounds.

Here’s a link to it. https://wilsoncombat.com/magaz...andard-base-pad.html

Gotta have an email in your profile(I’m not gonna hound anyone)

I’ll have my doggo pick a winner in a few days.

Post pics of your compact 1911

That would fit the “Officers Model” size grip frame, WC lists that as the Compact frame size.

Would love a chance at it, please include me, thanks!

Thanks Mike. It’s a 2018 DanWesson ECO lightweight in 9mm.
Found it used with very low mileage, added a Wilson Combat magwell mainspring combo, and worked with Mike at MDGrips on the Giraffe Bone grips for the correct thickness I wanted.
I’ve had Mike make me giraffe and stag grips for revolvers and 1911’s and he’s a pleasure to do business with.

I carry it AIWB in a JM Custom kydex holster.
It’s a great shooter with the 135 Critical Duty loads.
This is my first Dan Wesson and I’m pretty impressed with it for the price.

I would love to have the mag, and have two(2) pistols it would work in......but I don't know how to post photos, and my old camera is no longer compatible with my new computer.

No problem GT, what is it? I have a Springfield Ronin 4” commander sized 1911 and didn’t read the tiny writing on the pack-otherwise I might have realized the nag was for an officer (short) frame.
