Sweet older gun! My old boss carried one on duty for the last part of his long career. I had a 639 that I stupidly traded off many moons ago. One of the few guns I wish I had back.

Such a great gun,very accurate, i'm surprised how good i can shoot her in DA from the draw. Old school? I don't know, if the first shot and shot placement count, then the 39-2 will do the job!

I have had several and like an idiot, sold them. My last one was a 639 with a bizarre winged rear sight.
