Well the purpose of the list certainly isn't to know who owns what. The thanks and associated names are merely just a gratitude thing.

Thank you for the heads up whatever the case, although it certainly isn't necessary.

Would you like me to remove your name from that particular pistol, or any others for that matter?

No, that's not necessary.

Thanks for getting back to me and thank you for the effort you go to in keeping the list up to date. It certainly has grown from a seemingly modest effort to a major compilation.
