Anyone seen one of these? I was pretty fascinated by a couple of YT videos of them. I did see a discussion of the raiders upstream. I'm just disgusted by how slowly those guys are bringing them online.

12131According to this article, it is
only available at SIG's Flagship Store in Epping, NH. So, if you want one, get on the phone.

bubbatime"Will only be available for a very limited time"
"We are only building 800 or 900 of them and then will never build them again"
Yeah, uh huh. Sure. Last I checked, Sig was a business. In the business of making and selling a product, and making a profit.
Why go through the R&D to build a limited release item? Do they think we are stupid?
We are only going to build 800-900 of them is dumb ass marketing, to create a panic buying situation, and interest.
Then a few weeks/months after they have "sold out", they will magically say "We listened to the customer. We didn't anticipate demand. We decided to make this a "regular catalogued item."
I REALLY hate Sig marketing.

Lefty SigI am really pissed that given the number of Sigs I own and have "registered" with Sig that they did not send me an email that this was available and could be ordered by phone.
I would have gotten one. Just for the hell of it and the MP-7 ish ness of it. It's better than the Flux Raider for sure.

monoblokCruddy marketing...yeah, that's kinda true. But at least this perceived 'demand' shortage that they set into motion allowed for the company to gather
actual consumer interest and demand. To the point that it did provide SIG strong ample feedback and then enough confidence to turn this thing into a continuing production item. So win-win for the masses...and slimy, sludgy SIG Newington and its shifty marketeers.

bearverineWell, I was too late to get the 6.5" threaded barrel, but the rest of it's a hoot!

How many GTs does Ford build, and how much got spent on R&D for
that project?

You're correct: it's done to create interest in the brand.

Lefty SigBut now they have the "Legion Flux Raider" instead, which is not the same, and not of interest to me.

.38supersigSeeing one that was made in October of '23 as the third revision.
Are there any other versions out there in the wild?
