Off-Catalog & "Unknown" SIGs
So, the first CSR was lazy and just gave you BS. Totally not surprised.

Any idea how many were produced and how many were sold in the US?

The only known numbers for these Mastershop guns are those for the Facettes (25), the Midnight X5 (3) and X6 (7), and the Final Edition X5 (36) and P210 SuperTarget (36). Everything else is just guessing and BSing.

Q - Correct me if I am wrong but I thought I read somewhere that SIG only manufactured around 200 units each of the various LDC models. Not sure if that was SIG US or SIG Germany.

Internet legend, Mark, that folks throw around. It's like the last two batches of the classic P225 of 2009 (regular one) and 2010 (German Police Pistol marked) imported from Germany. People throw around the 200 to 500 numbers. There are no documentations anywhere that I'm aware of of production numbers of various LDCs, German or US made. The numbers I mentioned in the previous posts were lettered by SIG DE's former last Head of Sales.

A couple of uncommon/unusual Sig Pro variants were imported into the US in small numbers.

There were some LE contract overrun SP2009s with slide-mounted manual safeties. Product code SP2009-9-B-MS (MS = Manual Safety)

There were also some SP2022s cobbled together using leftover Swiss SP2009 frames with old style rails. Product code E2022-9-B-SF (SF = Swiss Frame)

^^^Those are really cool. I've seen the MS version before, but I had no idea they made some newer SP2022s with Swiss frames. It's weird to see that grip style on it.
