I use a Hogue beavertail grip sleeve on my Walther PPS and I love it. So I got one for my G48, but the palm swells on that version are too thick, making it thicker than a G19.

So my question is regarding the same Hogue sleeve for the P365xl: how deep are the palm swells on this version? I’d like to add a bit more circumference, but not at the expense of adding too much width.

I can't speak to the P365xl, but I bought the HOGUE sleeve for my standard P365 and had to remove it for the reason you describe.

365XL and sleeve = 1.325"
P229 with Hogue grips = 1.350"

My hand appreciates the Handall grips with palm swells as the grip is a bit too thin for me.
