Does anyone have a SIG P220 Stainless Frame Nitron, P220 Full Size Reverse 2 tone or Stainless Elite Carry? I need a pic of the left side of the frame under the grip to see if the frame has the cutout for the safety lever spring. I'm thinking of converting one to SAO. The model numbers are: 220R-45-SBSS, 220R-45-RTSS & 220R3-45-SSE. Thanks
