I have looked in to this and cannot find a good answer for this. My 48 has a TLR6 and I had it milled and mounted a Holosun 507k.

I really like the TLR7 sub light and cannot find a way to mount it to my 48. I know the recover tactical rail but I can’t find anywhere that specifically says the rail will work with the TLR7 sub light.

Anyone have any experience, thoughts or suggestions on this? Any help would be most appreciated!

Pick up a G43X/G48 MOS frame, then sell your G48 frame?

Or sell your whole G48, and pick up a G48 MOS?

The MOS frame has a rail that's compatible with the TLR-7Sub. But the standard G48/G43X does not.

I was just on Streamlight's site last night. IIRC, they make an adapter to take the TLR-7sub.

I assume your gun is like a micro-compact like the P365XL which is what i have a TLR7 sub on.

Each one comes with a set of adapters and the instructions tell you which adapter to use for your kind of gun. Mine went on without me having to swap out the mounting adapter.

Could you possibly post a link, please? I looked and couldn’t find it.

I would gladly swap my frame for a mos frame.

My bad, what looked like an adapter was the railed frame.

No problem. At least I’m not crazy!

A local guy here told me today that he has a new MOS stripped frame for $50! What a deal.

If I could find an adapter for my regular frame, finding a holster would probably be impossible so it looks like it’s gonna work out.

Thanks!
