I just got the email.

I am the owner of an ECD9X in 9mm and waiting on my .45 version of the same firearm.

Does the collective think thats a 3.25 slide/barrel with a full size grip (sort of 365X)?

Why does everything cool need to be so pricey!

I almost bought a SFX9. There were all three together in the case, all very discounted. I bought the EDCX9, and was going to go back for the EDCX9XL and the SFX9, but someone else got there first.

The 15 round version, with the slightly longer grip, is an improvement, I think. The 10 round was fairly stubby.

I like my EDCX9. Very much.

I don't see the SFX9 as a P365 comparable pistol, and I wouldn't likely carry it in my pocket like the P365. Ankle, maybe.

The .45 version of the EDCX9...the closest I'm aware of is the Experior double stack, though it has an internal 1911 style extractor. The external extractor on the EDCX9 was a selling point for me; spring tension vs. bent metal ala 1911 style.

It's not a deal breaker for me, but after Wilson improved on the 1911 in their EDCX9 by removing the grip safety and adding an external extractor, I'd like to have seen that on the Experior. I did handle some at a nearby shop, and they're everything I'd expect from a Wilson.
