esh21167Exeter NH P226 W German or German?
Watching a P226 auction and the only pic that shows the 'Made in' portion is unclear. I can see the Exeter NH on the other side of the slide. Are all Exeter guns German, not West German?

GaryBFI would say definitely not W. German.

cslingerI can’t imagine West German unless they somehow put something together in Exeter with some really old parts.

nhracecraftALL 1991 'KA' thru 1994 'KE' P226's are marked 'Made in W. Germany'....And any P226's imported into the US by Sig Sauer in that timeframe, DEFINITELY carry the 'Exeter NH' rollmark!

Got a (Partial) Serial #?

Posted another pic. Maybe from the very blurry photo, someone can tell by the proportions if there's a 'W' in there, lol.

esh21167Thanks to all!

esh21167It's rated 7/10, but only has 1 mag, no box. If I can get it in my hands for around $750, would that be decent?

If that is verboten, I apologize. Been away for a long time and did not see a rules section.

Mustang-PaPaThe verboten is posting a link to an active auction. Would think this discussion is perfectly fine.
