I would like to put a red dot on my 227, preferably an Aimpoint Acro. If possible I would like to buy another 227 slide to cut for that purpose. Does anyone know where I could find one? Any insight on which red dot to would be optimal? Thank you.

Any regular or Match P220 slide should work; for all I know the Carry slide might work as well. As per SIG, just make sure you've got the right locking block in the frame for the slide you're going to use.
