I could have fired another 500 but the daylight ran out. Loading the magazines was more of a discomfort than the recoil. I've got a sore thumb.

Fighting the good fight

My Blue Label dealer has a waiting list for 43Xs that is several months out. I'm going to get one eventually, but I'll wait until demand dies down some. quote: Originally posted by Stroonz: I handled one at my LGS and I thought it had perfect feel, balance and point ability. If you already have a G43, buy a G48 instead, and you can swap the slides around between the frames. That'll get you four configurations with only two guns: G48 (G48 slide with G48 frame) G43X (G43 slide with G48 frame) G43 (G43 slide with G43 frame) G43L (G48 slide with G43 frame) |

Quit staring at my wife's Butt

| considered just buying the 43x frame and 3 mags for 240 bucks so I could put my black 43 on it. just dont care for the two tone. still only a ten rounder, never really cared for the recoil of the 43 and don't shoot it much hopefully it is tamed down a bit with the frame. |

The guy behind the guy

| I am loving my 43X as well. The only hard part about shooting a 43X for 500 rounds in one sitting is loading the mags. The gun is very nice shooting.
The 48 shoots a little softer even...go buy it! |

LIBERTATEM DEFENDIMUS

| Has there been any credible word from Glock regarding if/when they will release the 43X & 48 with black slides? |

| just bought one last week. Has a great trigger, and the frame hump is much smaller than my 33 I carry-hits me in a better place, might be my new carry piece. Don't have any desire for a 48. Now a 43x in 357 sig would be the shit!
Love my Sigs but carry my Glocks

| I got the 43x and 48, slight preference for the 48 and its slightly softer recoil. The 43x is going to my dad. |
