Get any X model grip module. This adds a little length and requires the 12 round mag. The difference is similar to a Glock 19/17 grip. Give you a little more leverage on that recoil...if that is your goal.

Another vote for Wilson for quality and texture. But any will do what you are seeking.

When I get a chance I'll have to see if Wilson Combat makes a module in the 12 round size . That does sound like the winning combination overall with the regular slide from the 10-rounder of course .At the moment I'm trying to find a complete upper slide assembly for the regular small size p365.

The Wilson grip and pistol are now assembled. (The mag release did take a few tries.) The gripping area is both longer front to back and wider side to side. In dry fire I can use a more normal finger placement without visibly pushing the front sight to the left. Actual live fire will prove this out, as well as the more aggressive texture. Also, the trigger guard shape is identical to the OEM, so no problems with tight-fitting holsters. I won't be getting a longer butt-end grip for a while, if ever, as that would need new magazines.

They do make that. It's the XL grip module.

https://wilsoncombat.com/grip-module-wcp365-xl.html

If you use a 3.7" barrel XL/XMacro length slide with the XL grip module you make a P365XL and the slide protrudes past the end of the grip module.

But if you use a standard 3.1" barrel P365 slide and an XL grip module, it makes a P365X, and the slide is flush with the grip module like with the standard P365, just with a slightly longer grip length that takes the 12 round mags. It will even continue to fit in your existing P365 holsters since everything besides the grip length is identical.

That's the configuration I use for my smaller 365. Standard slide and Wilson Combat XL grip with 12 round magazine, to make a P365X.

My everyday CCW is a standard size 365 slide with an XL Wilson module. I also have an 365XL equipped with the same module an a Holosun optic. The 12 round grip frame is the sweet spot for me between controllability, concealment, and capacity. I may move a set of my mags over to Magguts to get a couple more rounds on board.

1. Complete P365 upper slide assembly 3.1 ordered.

2. Wilson Combat XL module ordered, in gray.( Mine has safety, so I will cut the notches. Gray not produced with precut notches)

3. 2 Magpul 12 round mags ordered.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions and information. It is greatly appreciated.

I have the Wilson Combat P365 grip with the cut for the safety. After watching that video about the guy who shot through his dick and blew out a ball, I’m back to carry guns with safeties…..

In case anybody cares, there is an easy way to remove the manual safety on the 365 FCU. In case you can only source a module for no safety.

Also sorry if I missed posted already, the Wilson module has the option for tungsten weights to give it some heft and balance it.
