Recently bought a olight baldr mini for my 365.
Light & laser are great, BUT the latch to quickly mount/unmount gets in the way of support hands thumb activating switch.
I tried sliding light as far forward as possible, but still have to fit thumb between latch & switch.
Is this common with most light laser combos?
I considered flipping the mount around, so it was on the right side, facing forward, but was advised that it might catch on holster when reholstering & dropping the light.
(Following that logic, I would think that in original position, facing rear, it could catch on clothing, after it cleared ho.ster upon drawing).
Any advice?
Worst case scenario would be to use it on 320sc or 220, but really was looking to use on my carry pistol, the 365.

Thanks in Advance.

Failing to prepare is
preparing to fail.

Check out Streamlight as they are making a P365 specific light and use the Olight on another gun.

Using a Tactical Development Pic rail on my XL, it places the light switch locations a little lower on all lights used on it and in a better more perfect location *for me* and it has been rock solid.

My OLIGHT BaldrVN Mini weapon light was (modified by Vinh Nguyen)
He replaced the XPL 6500K LED with a dedomed XPG2 in PDT (premium dedome tint - he handpicks them with the less green and yellow in it - when dedomed, many led's tint turn more greenish). You can also pick an XPL iLED in a 5000K or 4000K and also a diffused lens if you want but I wanted the most throw with is the dedomed XPG2 PDT.
The candela goes from the stock 4225cd to 9Kcd, where the TLR7/8 is rated at 5Kcd.
It is pretty nice for such a tiny weaponlight.

Just because something is legal to do doesn't mean it is the smart thing to do.

uncleknife1, does your 365 have a cross slot in the rail? Mine doesn't. The the olight web site doesn't show any model for the 365.
What model # is your light?

You have to get an adapter for the 365 to take normal 1913 lights. The only thing I don't like about the 365.

I should have mentioned I was attaching balder to a Tactical Development reail converter.
My timing is bad, just days after the light, rail converter & holster combo from
Tactical Development arrived I see olight has a newer, longer lasting battery model at a cheaper price.
Not Tactical Developments fault, they provided excellent service.
I will buy from them again.
They have a basepad for the 15 round mag where the back of the baseplate meets the back of the pistolgrip backstrap.
