Complete upper. The breech face on the G20 slide isn't compatible with 45ACP.

It is like a Glock 21, but the barrel is 5 1/2 inches long and the slide can mount an RMR.

I think they are a Gen4 item, so it may not work if yours is a Gen3.

Not ideal for a carry piece, but better for the range.
