I find that I shoot my P365XL better than my 320 X-Carry. Generally. I NEVER carry the 320 just because the size difference. The 365 just disappears easily. Thinking of dumping the 320 to fund another 365.
If you could only get one 365 to do a bit of it all. Just drilling at the range but would also be used for carry some. Definitely going to toss a optic on it and continue to get training with it. Which would you get? I can carry my 365XL just fine. So don't really need the super small 365 for carry. Not really super concerned about budget. P365-AXG Legion maybe?
Thinking of getting a little B-Day present for myself.

The 320 market is crazy flat. I think you are more likely to fund a ham sandwich. I don’t say this to be mean but I’m sitting on 3 of them and while they are great shooters they are worth little $$$$. I do love my 365’s. I keep looking at a Legion for the metal frame.

I have an older 365 with an XL frame and a P365XL w/ a Holosun RDS. I could be happy with either of those choices or even the P365 AXG Legion if I could only have one for everything. I have 4 P320s and the reality surrounding all the publicity and drama is they are carrying very little value. Mine are just stashed in the safe for the moment and rarely see any use.

I love my X-Macro and I can shoot it well as compared to my previous ccp’s. I did purchase a Fuse but because of life’s complications I have not had a chance to shoot it yet so today my vote is for the X-Macro. That could change once I get some range time with my Fuse.

It’s between a Tac Ops and Fuse. Own both of them. Both set up with Holosun 407k green dots.
I like the slightly narrower grip of the Fuse better despite having large hands. Was going to get a Fuse grip module for my TacOps until the Fuse was received.

I love my XL too, it's my primary carry, I shoot it shockingly well for something that disappears on your belt. But, I've also gotten addicted to the wonderful aftermarket available for the 365s, lots of options for third party slides, grips, everything.
In your shoes, I'd look at an X-Macro, and then add the XL length Radian Ramjet. Just a bit bigger and slightly racier version of your XL.

If I could only have one it would be an XL. XL is everything you need and nothing you don't. Tacops does some things better, but is 2nd as the XL is a smidge easier to conceal.

Honestly, I’m incredibly tempted by the AXG Legion. I think it feels incredible in the hand, I like the frame with the G10 panels, the trigger is really good, it’s optics ready out of the box, and it’s a fantastic size for carry with 17rd flush fit magazines at a not-unreasonable price. There’s a lot there to like. I’m picking up a 43X hopefully today that was too good of a deal to pass on, but even still, I’m very strongly considering an AXG Legion as well.

I find myself carrying my P365XL more than my P320C as my EDC; when hiking, it's perfect carry. The only thing I can see as a change, is a P365XL in 10mm

My XL is all I ever use/carry now. If I was starting over today, it's all I really need. My needs are only for concealed carry and home defense so if I were to buy something else, it would probably be a spare.

I agree with 12131 that the “OG” P365 does it all. The 12 round extended magazines help me to get a better purchase on the “Standard” P365 grip module when I’m carrying at home or in another free state. When I have to venture into The Commonwealth with my non-resident LTC, the basic 10 round magazines give me maximum capacity and with Pearce magazine extended pinky base plates, I can still get a full hand grip.
Keep in mind the P365 is modular so you really don’t have to settle for just one. Build that bear into what you need for the task or the season.

My opinion given your planned usage of training and drilling would be either the P365-FUSE, or the P365-XMACRO TACOPS. I like the Legion's AXG grip module, however personally I'm not a fan of the compensated slide on small pistols. I prefer the added barrel length. And the AXG grip module is sold separately, so easily added.

I might be in the minority but I like my original P365 - bought it for what I believe was Sig's initial intention - high capacity, small frame, easy to carry. It is relegated as my 'too lazy to put a belt on - gym shorts gun'. Not fancy/upgraded, but accurate and dependable. I carry it ~20% of the time, the balance of the time, I carry a P229 in 40SW (or my newly acquired P6).
