Do the p365 mags 10,12,15 work in the 938? So have said 938 mags work in p365.

Not even close due to their widths. You can modify a P290 mag to work well in a P938, but absolute no to P365 mags.

If you want an extra round then Kimber Micro 9 eight round magazines work in the P938. Also means you have a longer pinky extension.
