BennerP220Tisas B9R DS Carry 2011. I just got one in a trade.
I just got this pistol with a trade from a buddy. It’s my first 1911/2011. I can’t believe the quality of this pistol. It’s big and heavy but just a joy to shoot. I bought and mounted a Zero Hawk green 6 moa and it fits perfectly. I have a Streamlight TLR-1 HL key adapter enroute for mounting the light to its short rail. I also have a kydex IWB holster on the way.
Just wanted to share. Anyone else have one of these? How do you like it?

egregoreNew MSRPs (which means the actual "street" price will be lower) run about a thousand bucks, give or take. Surprisingly inexpensive for a "2011", many of which are a thousand
more..

BennerP220Yeah, I know the parts are forged. Just seems to be good quality for the price. Every time I shoot it I have the biggest smile. It's just fun. It'll be difficult to carry because of its size and weight but I have been carrying it along in my truck a lot.

Sea BassNice get!
I picked up its sister last week, the Tisas Carry 9 DS FF.
I can confirm it’s a solid pistol and well built and fun to shoot. It came with a 5 lb trigger so I bent the sear spring and brought it down to 3.5 lbs and it’s pretty sweet.
I also have the Tisas DS Duty 9 2011 and have had it for about a year. It’s also solid and a good shooter.
I was thinking of selling the full size after getting the carry, but they are both so good I think I might just keep both

Safe shooting.
