| I haven’t shot one but my impression was it subjectively felt much smaller then a G26 to me. Good luck, shoot safe.

| After buying my P365 and having put rounds through it...this is the 9mm carry gun that I have been waiting for. Enjoy yours! |

| Compared to a G26, the P365 is substantially smaller and more concealable in the pocket.
I still do a double take each time I see the magazine and grip; it's still remarkable to me that it holds 10 rounds for its size. |

I've yet to handle a P365 or its magic mag. How are Sig doing this? It seems the physics of ammo size are pretty well set, what are they doing no one else is? Is the spring design revolutionary? Is Sig's P365 mag design proprietary or will other manufacturers now replicate what Sig is doing with their new firearms?

You can bet your sweet a** that other manufacturers have completely reverse-engineered the P365, specifically its magazine design. And there is no doubt, the magic is all in the design of the magazine. I have not done the research to validate this, but I would imagine Sig has protected their design as robustly as possible. |

| It’s basically a 1.5 stack magazine so to speak. When combined with the thin walls of the mag body and I am sure some follower/spring magic you basically get this mag. It’s not magic per say. My biggest fear would be how quickly will the magazines start to fail. It seems they have gone to the hairy edge of spring compression/follower design etc. (NOT SAYING THE MAGS WILL BE ANY MORE OR LESS DURABLE THEN OTHERS) I am just saying it’s tight. Glock, having a polymer overmold will never be able to get close to this unless they go with a thin walled steel magazine. IMO. I think the P365, assuming it works through all it’s teething issues (which are normal for a new design and totally anticipated for something so small)will be an industry paradigm shift.

| I have two. They seem tiny compared to a 26. Not much weight though so the recoil is a bit more. |
