I put a holosun on my 365 because my eyesight is getting worse. It is easier for my to pick up the red dot, ymmv. I could make do without it. I believe wml is more important because target identification is a must. I don't feel either has significantly impacted printing, I have no issues concealing.

My carry is a Ruger LCP-380 Max, no provisions for either, and it's the way I like it, thin, light, no obstructions since I pocket carry, it's FL, and lightweight shorts are more likely a choice.

JMO whatever you feel makes you better and more likely to carry that firearm is the right choice.
