Go for it, you can get an all steel pistol for a third of what you'd pay for a similar model. I have a pre production G.I. .45 and their bob tail stingray carry and they've both been great.

It actually seems like some of you guys are trying to give me gun herpes, lol. I've gotta admit, that Family Firearms pricing is pretty tempting. I've got a few weeks to mull it over, as I'm not spending any money before we get back from vacation, but if we can forego any financial catastrophes on our trip I may just have to give one of these a try.
