The Is there a 10 round extension like the 8 round x-grip ?

TGS used to sell SIG 10 round magazines for the P220 and the P245. Don't know if they still do.

but if you mean the plastic mag body extensions, I've never seen them on the 10 round magazines...the SIG 10 round magazines for the P220 work fine with a P245/P220 Compact just with the metal magazine sticking out of the bottom and the smaller plastic spacer (made to mate up with the P220 full size/carry size) showing

Looks like the sleeve has been discontinued but you can still find mags with it.

thanks -- does not appear to be one made for the 10 round and have a flush fit, if anyone has an x-grip for the 8 rounders and want to sell one please contact me -- thanks for your help as always
