I am asking in regard to a leather IWB holster. I know the barrel is a tad longer on the 228.

I was hoping the brain trust could give me some good info.

I have a Don Hume PCCH (leather IWB) for a P228/P229 that also fits my P225 (original) and P245. The rounded trigger guard on the P225A1 is even closer to the design of your P228 than my P225 and P245, so I imagine you'd be ok.
