Why is adjustable LOP a problem? It is intended to better fit the length of the shooters forearm and position the brace in the ideal location. Why is 13+" LOP on a brace considered a "stock" if it best fits the length of the forearm of the person using it? Why are elastic straps bad and non elastic straps good? I think this is the best strategy - make sure the BATFE cannot restrict brace features that are of benefit to best fit the brace to a person with one arm.
