I was curious if I could swap out the grip module on my P335 w/ manual safety with a grip module that does not have to manual safety or SAS grip module.

Yes, but you'd have to either remove the manual safety, or cut the new grip module.

Yes, but you will have to remove the safety, a really easy job. Do you not want a manual safety? If you're goin' through hell, keep on going. Don't slow down. If you're scared don't show it. You might get out before the devil even knows you're there. NRA ENDOWMENT LIFE MEMBER

Do you mean the plastic grip module or the lower assembly? The receiver can be converted between safety and non-safety easily. To convert to SAS, you will need the SAS specific slide stop and takedown "screw head".
