E2 Grips question Login/Join

Guys I have my older P226 (born 2002) duty gun with German frame that has finally worked out its grip screw holes. I used larger screws but even they no longer tighten. Can I use the E2 grips on the frame and bypass the screws all together? Lots of rounds thru this gun, but not sure I want to put any more money into her. Thanks all

Ok I can send into Sig and have them do the E2 install and do the service package on it as well. Maybe keep the old girl around for a while

For some reason the kits don't come with a hammer spring. You'll need one of those too.
