I am finding a love for metal pistols, I could take or leave my p320 but I love my p226. Now that I’m in a quality over quantity period of my collection, I’m wondering what the best place to find German sigs would be. I’m mostly looking for a 228/229/226/220.

Funny. I took the P225 to the range this evening and was thinking the same thing. How do I get some additional P series pistols.

They are everywhere. Put a WTB in the Classifieds. Check the usual online auctions.

A WTB here would be by far my first choice but be sure to carefully read the process Para created (rules at the top of that classifieds page) and refined and follow the process.
I’m mentioning that as I see you have a relatively low post count.

If you haven’t read this already, there’s lots of good advice and examples of issues here.

Thanks guys, I placed a WTB ad in the classifieds. I will poke around on gun broker a bit more as well as arms list; I was holding out hope that there is still a police trade in pool somewhere though I bet that’s long gone.

I'm looking at a 1982 p220 in 9mm. GB still works but mostly for local shops.

Sunbear did you overlook the P-225? MY personal pecking order of the P series is as follows, P-220, P-225 P-226, P-228 and last the P-229.
