robkYou will buy a Glock
Guess I don't have to rely on name calling, cussing and childess bull. You don't know me personally and I only know you by your rude remarks to me. Who is the civil person here? You don't like my opinions, fine. I respect the opinions of everyone, but do not have to agree. So You, Parabellum, have alot to learn.

And you've got a lot of balls making accusations about my motivations for this thread. If you're going to accuse me, at least have the courage to do it in a direct fashion. And stop trying to come across like some injured party. Looks to me like you want to have your cake and eat it too.

parabellumYep, you ike having your cake and eating it too. Your "apology" confirms it. "Hurt my feelings"? You surround that with nice words and it makes a nice little pill, doesn't it? Stay out of this thread.

ryan02You are right.. I did today, a Gen 4 Glock 26.

GreyCoupeRANGER 20 said it right, pistols are like cigars, and you have to smoke your way to what you like.
For me, I don't carry, so weight is not an issue. If it were, I would be looking at polymer.
When it comes to shooting, I like all metal at least, better is all steel---folded up in a gun rug, it doesn't matter, and the full steel, or at least steel/alloy combination balances better and I like the recoil of a heavier pistol.
I like Romeo and Juliettas better than Cohibas, too. And I don't think there's anything more or less studly about someone's choice in either kind of firestick.
...with Cohibas sometimes though, I am not sure who is smoking who. Smoking a Cohiba always make me wonder if Fidel has figured out a new way to do away with us.
I'm just glad we have a choice.

Yes, despite all the thrashing about and the protestations that "this is a SIG forum", the fact is that Glocks flat-out work. They're reliable and durable and user-serviceable, all attributes of great tools.
