No, thanks but I'm ok on iron. I got plenty of iron in my Sigs.

I guess what I have is "plastic polymer defeciency anemia".

I shot a Glock today and I liked it.

I wonder if by holding fast to DA/SA, hammer fired, metal framed guns, am I essentially the same as someone claiming they'll never give up their reliable flintlock.

I will resist.

For sure i never held a Glock until this Summer and find them reliable, pure simplicity so anyone can work on them. Plus they do the same thing all guns are meant to do..go bang when the trigger is pulled. I don't drink any kool-aid except the most important one. The Second Amendment Kool-Aid. I have large hands so i can shoot most any gun. If i could i would have some of most all. Strange since Glock Owner's don't bash Sig's. Even with the DOD Sig Failure in the first stage. Well all have their opinions

Does a Walther PPS count as half a Glock?

Well yes, I'd say it does so qualify.

Damn Glock 34 threads. I picked one up yesterday along with a M-19 with Glock night sites. I now have the 34, 19, 21SF, two 17s 3rd and 4th Gen.

I'll never buy a Glock. They only way I'll ever carry one is if my job says I have to, and then it will be under protest.

Just wait til ya shoot it! I have a 19 and a 35, but after shooting my 34 at steel this past weekend I have a new favorite. I was giddy on the way home, and my son announced that he was turning "his" EAA Limited back in to me and putting a "formal request" for the G34 to be his new match gun!
I love my 1911's, but that G34 really is quick from the holster & a very soft shooter.

Gee... got my slides back from Glock, took a month for them to install nightsights.
They recieved them Oct 11th, they shipped Nov. 12th.

They overlooked my large page of payment instructions... How I will never know.

So mine sat, until they could call me.
I did call them twice to check.

Now I find that queer... they found my phone # but not my CC info.

Geez

But I'm happy now!

If you think the 34 is soft shooting, try out a 226ST, I've been absolutely spoiled by mine. The 34 I shot recoiled much more violently, but it's lighter, so of course.

I'm holding out for the 34 Gen 4, then, I will buy a Glock Smile

Aw, don't be so hard on yourself, man. You might be a bit abrasive, but I wouldn't call you crap.

Let's face it, not everyone can see a good thing staring them in the face. I'm certain you have other qualities and talents that make you a delight to be around. Smile
