Have you gotten a response yet?
I'm having the same issue with three 15 round mags. Stock 10 rounders and Daggers drop free no problem.
Yes, I emailed the address provided on Glock contact us explaining my issues, and they responded the next day.
They sent me a warranty form that I filled out and printed.
Then I sent the mag to them USPS and they will issue a replacement once they receive it.
So far, pretty damn good customer service...

Glad to hear. These are worthless if they won't drop free. I emailed them yesterday and got a response from them earlier today asking for more info.
Similar to what Pete said above, mine appear to be dragging around the mag catch notch. They measured 0.030 wider then both my factory 10 rounders and the Daggers in that area.
