Yep, the damn things are worst than potato chips.

So true. I just bought another Glock 19. I like them so much, I'm probably going to list my M11-A1 for sale.

It's been four months and I still haven't changed it, but it's got night sights and a light! I guess that says something. Big Grin

I like mine.

Re the smooth faced trigger. Lot of different ways to deal with the ribbed trigger, if necessary. I used a Dremel with a FELT bob on low speed. It's easy to simply smooth the edges of the ribs and the lever/lever slot. No need to go nuts, since just a little smoothing solves the problem (if any). Very easy to do...just take your time. I get zero finger sensitivity or pain now.

Thanks, Nipper, I'll try that out.

It started 6 years ago with a police trade-in G22 (now converted to shoot 9mm), followed 5 days later by a G23 and six weeks after that by a G27.

Eventually sold the G23 and G27 after consolidating on 9mm and .45, but in their stead, I have a Gen 3 G17, two Gen 4 G17s, a Gen 4 G21 PA State Trooper trade-in, a G30s, and as of Saturday, a Gen 4 G19. After carrying Sigs, I now carry a G17 every day OWB, though I think the G19 will get some IWB use.

It starts slow, barely perceptible, just a flyer advertising a special on police trade-in G22s...

Argh! G17 MOS is on its way... Four G17s and a G22 converted to 9mm is normal, right?

Tactical Texture and Triggers out of North Dakota did my G19 Gen 3 frame...

I can't wait to shoot this gun. The frame feels so much nicer in the hand.

Sounds like a case of Glockaholism. Perfectly normal, says the guy with four G19s and three G23s and a batch of 9mm conversion barrels. Big Grin

I don't like stippling (usually), however, this I think I would like. Very nice.

The butterscotch Glock 19 shot well, only 115 rds of various JHPs / FMJs out of 6 mags in a short first range session in-between thunderstorms and shooting other pistols that need to get shot.

I put the OEM extended slide stop and 4.5 connector in, along with Ameriglo Pro IDOTs in orange.

Comparing the G19 to the P320C and the P320SC, it is exactly in the middle of the two, with more grip available.

I had shot Gen 2s and 3s before, as well as seeing a Gen 4 spit brass to the face consistently several years ago, but this example fits and shoots very well.

Has anyone used the Royal arms Trigger? I saw them at aim surplus and it seems to be a good all around deal. Aim speaks highly of it, wondering what others have to say.

I bought a Royal Arms trigger direct from RA last month for a G34 MOS. It is very nice! No take-up, clean break and short reset. I'm happy.

Yeah, they do a great job. They had better... it doubles the price of the gun.

It feels great in the hand. Wilson Combat cannot send the slide back fast enough. I'm dying to shoot it.

I've got my new Wilson Combat custom 92A1 to tide me over though, still haven't shot that.

Frame looks fantastic, what are you having Wilson do to the slide?

I'd never heard of that outfit before and checked them out. The permanently/seamlessly bonded beavertail on the gen 4 is tempting me pretty hard.

Nah, its just a Lipsy's model like this.

Although in person the FDE is more muted.

I had thought about the Vickers packages in the past but not knowing what I like and don't like, it would have been a shot in the dark whether the extras would work for me.

So I just stuck with OEM stuff and figured AmeriGlo Idot Pros would be similar to Heinie Straight-8s, which I like a lot.
