How much can you compress the rubber spacers/grommets on a holster tension screw?

Stupid question I know but I know I am an idjit and knowing is half the battle. Smile

Thanks.

Screw just enough and let it be. Check after a few weeks of use. Less is always more.

The directions for my holsters which have retention screws indicate that they should tightened so the force needed to draw your pistol is to your liking.

I have adjusted mine through a wide range of tension to see what I preferred. When the tension was high, it was pretty tough getting the pistol in and out.

Short answer, I don't think it is likely you will tighten them to the point there will be any damage to the holster.
