10x SniperThe Sig Armorer P series action work and QTR
Has anyone here sent their P series pistol to the Sig Armorer for action work? If so which level/package?
Anyone get the QTR???
And your opinions of the work done and was it worth it??

12131Worth every single penny, to me.
For defense / carry purpose, get the Carry Level Action work.
For competition, get the Competition Action Level work, and you can get the SA pull down to 2 lbs.

DakorHad several Sigs worked on by Gerry at Total Automation, who trained R. Burke on the QTR and High Torque actions. The QTR is awesome and completely agree it’s worth every penny.

dc54He’s worked on 4 of my Sigs. Excellent work. QTR ona 225. Great shooting gun. Had him do a competition job on my M11A1. Hard to decide if it or my LTT with Langdon trigger job is better. Both great, but different.
Sigs, HKs, 1911s, Berettas, Glocks and SW revolvers

RedhookbklynI have a P228 and M11-A1 with the carry level action job and QTR.
As previously stated, it was worth every single penny. Fast turnaround time too.

YooperSigsI have a mid 80s 226 that SA did the trigger work on, including an SRT.
The single action pull is better than my custom 1911.

Plus one, the QTR is a great trigger. Gerry and Robert are two of the finest you'll ever deal with, you will never regret having them do your pistols. Period.

Yep, Robert's action work also puts some of the German Mastershop Xguns to shame.

FN in MTI have had 4 done. Been singing the praises of the SA for several years now. SO worth the bucks!

inspcalahanAfter years of reading about their work, I broke down and sent a mostly new MK25 to them for this service. I went with the carry package.
Fantastic communications (surprising really) and it certainly was an improvement. Best Sig trigger I've handled. I'll be sending them more over time.

RHINOWSOI remember getting the QTR direct from Gerry R when Robert was just getting started.
Even installing the QTR myself made a YUGE difference but I'm sure with Robert's extra TLC, I'm sure it's an epic trigger.
QTR > SIG SRT, by a long long margin.

Oat_Action_ManRobert did his work and a QTR on my Swiss police trade-in 228. Excellent trigger. Best DA/SA I own.
I did experience some light strikes when I first got it, but they diminished over time. Could be the lightened springs (I presume) in combination with harder primers.
That said, it's a sweet, sweet trigger.
