I have an SP2022 with a tactical Light and Laser mounted under the barrel on the picatinny rail. Does anybody have any suggestions on a OWB conceal carry holster that would accommodate?

I've been looking for quite some time and I can't seem to find one.

I included the last one, the Blackhawk, to illustrate the idea of universal or modular nylon holsters because I have a much earlier model that's actually served pretty well over the years. Other companies make similar holsters as well that you may like better. The old Blackhawk was adjustable in a number of ways that helped with fitting different lights.

In a way, you may have kind of a challenge ahead of you. Most holsters these days seem to be made of Kydex, and therefore have to be molded for not only specific pistols but specific pistols mounting specific lights and/or lasers. If you want Kydex for a specific combination that no one accommodates, you may have to ask around to find someone who'll make the holster you want on a one-off basis.

I got my Kydex holster from Craftholsters.com for my SP 2022 with a Streamlight TLR7a.
It needed to be heated and remolded a little to get a better fit, as initially it was too tight.

Otherwise it's fine. They are made in a medieval town in Slovakia which sounds like a cool place to visit.
