I have a P365 with a manual safety in a Tyrant CNC grip module. My question/issue is that when i load a magazine on slide lock and hit the slide release to chamber a round and upon the slide locking forward, the gun engages the manual safety automatically. Forcing me to disengage the safety again before firing. Is this correct?
I don’t have that grip module, but something that occurred to me when testing my P365 (which doesn’t do that) and my thumb was very close up under the safety. Could it be that you inadvertently push up on the safety when pressing down on the slide catch lever or immediately after?
Does the manual safety engage when you chamber a round by pulling and releasing the slide?

I can tell you it definitely is not me. I kept my hand clear purposely and yes it does it also when i rack the slide. Always goes from safety off to safety on when loading and chambering
Have you disassembled your FCU at all? If so, it's likely your reassembled something improperly.
I have a P365 MS. I've used it in Grayguns and Wilson Combat aftermarket grip modules and never experienced what you describe. They worked the same as in the OEM grip module.
If you're able to rule out a FCU problem, then start examining the Tyrant grip module as the culprit. When you install your FCU into the OEM grip module, does it auto-engage the manual safety?
