You know, in pics, the P210s always seem like large guns. But, when you have them in hands, they are quite slender. Crazy. On another good note, since my BD is coming up this week, my FFL did not charge me the transfer fee. Q

hr,since i am really on the learning curve of these 210 guns, what is it about the 210-5 you like more than the other guns. Quang is right. For years i just looked at pictures of 210 guns, and thought they must be a blockier regular sig.But after dry firing and checking these guns,it is true what all the 210 guru's of the forum have always stated. The 210 is a gun all to itself. The gun feels different in just about every part of how a pistol feels.I know quang, and me,have held hundreds of different high end and regular guns in our life. But the 210 just feels and points, and handles different. This was once in a lifetime deal for me,in my small gun hobby. But,not to be repetitive,i have a chance to get some sw pc guns that are the rarest of the rare that came out of the pc shop back in the 90's.I have not had a chance to buy any of those special guns until now. So i am not going to let the opportunity pass by.Believe me,these longslide sigs are something else. And the compensated gun is a rare gun also. All of these guns were sent to a man in Germany whose name is Waffen oschatz. He is a master gunsmith. Also in my research only about 300 of the heavy frame guns were made by Sig.

Dammit 12131-- Brigitte Bardot strikes again. Bowing.... PS I enjoyed reading the Wilson rep paying proper homage to the P210. Rightfully so. I have a common example. Your's is truly amazing. Big-time "Fondle-Factor" I know the Legends are great, but there is something about the Swiss originals. Perhaps only in the mind. But that works for me. That super slick feeling when I rack the slide is like no other. Ball bearings.

Congratulations 12131, beautiful pistol. Tuumunz, you had me drooling on the keyboard with those pictures. Gun porn at its finest. I am certainly not speaking for 12131, but where else would you rather park your savings? Gold, real estate, or rare guns? Beats sub-one-percent in the bank, no? And then there is the "Fondle-Factor"... That is a big part of it, as far as I am concerned,..

Quick range session. As usual, I only have a little time for a quickie, an hour or so. Range: indoor Distance: 25 yards Position: rest Ammo: Speer Lawman 124Gr TMJ # rounds fired: 50 (10 groups of 5 rounds each) Malfunctions: none Man, only 50 rounds, but it was slow, deliberate, and fun getting to know the gun. One thing for sure, you waste less ammo shooting like this. The first group was about the size of the grapefruit; and to the left (like the factory target). I kept dialing in the adjustable target sight, and the final 2 groups are shown here. The group next to the last one is weird, 3 shots (2 holes) just left above center and 2 shots just to the right. Don't know what it is, but for the last 5 shot group I was determined to make it better. And to my pleasant surprise, it went pretty darn good. Might not be much to the pros, but it put a big on my face. Incredible gun, I say. Q

Very nice, and with a gun like that it may be time to start thinking about higher quality ammunition or handloads. ► 6.4/93.6 “Cet animal est très méchant, quand on l’attaque il se défend.”

Very nice. I wish my P210 has adjustable sights. That is a great looking pistol and I know you will enjoy it. Congrats to you sir. JEREMIAH 33:3

Maybe it's just the lighting, but the finish on the right side of the slide looks a lot different than it does in the photos in your initial post in this thread. Serious about crackers

Yeah, different lighting, plus the gun just came back from the range with oil and fine debris on it, and has not been wiped down. The pics in the OP are like glamour shots, you know? You have to look your best for your first photo shoot. Q

I concur. I would not think of Speer Lawman as target ammunition. When you have a group with a flyer that you didn't call it is easy to suspect the ammunition. You can do better. GECO Hexagon shoots well in my Legend Target, In fact GECO 124 grain either Swiss or Hungarian shoots well.
