The recoil spring guide rod in my recently purchased 227 SASG2 is a very heavy solid steel item. Much heavier than my other Sigs. I bought it used and have no idea of its history.
Does everyone have a heavy guide rod in their guns or is mine an aftermarket item?
Gun shoots fantastic, no issues.
