50 of these rare Elysien Pistols are headed to the states and called the American Eagle Edition. I signed up last spring to secure a spot. They are supposed to be arriving over the next month or two. CZ Custom is importing them. I believe they will be sold out before they arrive, if they haven’t already.

The basic design is that of a CZ clone, but more of a space-aged work of art. At first, it didn’t appeal to me, but eventually it did. Finished in chrome DLC and includes both irons and the optic, as well as some other accessories. I look forward to seeing one in person. There was one at SHOT, but I didn’t make it out there this year.

Probably won’t appeal to many, which is understandable. I do believe it is something that will instantly be worth more online and go north from there. More to come.

Hopefully it spurs manufacturers to seek lowering the bore line; that is the lowest semiauto bore line I think I remember seeing.

Wicked tech auto pistol. Probably shoots a old fashion metallic cartridge like...ummm..9mm. That site has a button in its upper right hand corner which keeps telling me to leave. OK then, I won't bother ordering 2 or 3 of these.

Strangely, as much as I love exotic handguns, I never really cared for exotic calibers. I’ve got another Czech gun called the FK BRNO Field Pistol, that I very rarely shoot due to the caliber.

But @ $12000.00, for an old guy on S.S. it is out of my price range by about $11,000.00 .

Understandable

Only 50 coming in for that reason. Maybe there will be a “production” model coming in later, but I wouldn’t expect prices to be significantly less.

Speaking of low bore height, the Rideout Arsenal Dragon was a huge hit at SHOT this year.
