Guns you would collect if money was not an issue
I had a great conversation the other night with a fellow member. We discussed guns at length. I learned quit a bit.

I would be interested in colt revolvers. Always loved SAA and snubbie pythons. Lugers and 1911 with historical significance.

What would you collect

Military service pistols from around the world. Preferably decommissioned pistols actually carried by soldiers / officers if available. I think this is a fascinating category of firearms.

Luger Carbines. Pythons are overrated.

The kind that have tracks underneath them, thermal sights and can fire on the run. Seriously, who wouldn't want to have their own tank!?

Sig p210s. Oh wait, I already did that. Then sold off the one's I didn't want to keep. Wasted the money on other guns. It was fun.

High-end 1911s and 2011s. I'm talkin' pistols that go for five-, six-, seven-thousand dollars and more.

I like where you’re headed with this! Cool

I’d have a rather eclectic collection of stuff.
And the land to shoot on!

Full auto!
Who here wouldn’t want a M-2?!?!
Gotta have some MP-5’s and other assorted things H-und-K!
Pythons
BHP’s
1911’s
H&K P-7’s are a must!

I’d have a serious collection of some high-end over unders!
Some nice cowboy stuff, Single actions and lever guns…
I’m also rather fond of old school, hand engraved weapons. I forget the member here, but damn! Talk about some beautiful engraved pistols!

Suppressed too… I don’t want to disturb the neighbors.

No limit, first gun I'm buying is a Walther WA2000.
I don't recall where I first saw it, but have always wanted one since.

I’d love to have at least one of the highest offerings from each gun company. For instance, a CZ Parrot, a Staccato XC, a Wilson Combat 1911 Supergrade, etc. I have a few examples already and it’s fun to compare the pinnacles of each and see what a company can come up with when they focus on the best materials and quality construction.

Pistol caliber NFA stuff.

Primarily Colt Thompsons, Stirlings, H&K. Especially the MP5SD, MP5/40 and MP5/10 with the 3rd burst trigger pack.

S&W Mountain Guns and 3 screw Ruger single actions, without the transfer bar safety upgrade of course.
