At first I was thrown by the muzzle flip which I now call bounce. I learned to put pressure on the trigger and as soon as the sights came back on the target increase the pressure causing the pistol to fire. I developed a rhythm this way; and found I could go pretty fast. This pistol is a sweet shooting machine and on its way to becoming one of my favorites!

I was going to suggest trying a different size of grips, but it looks like you've already found a solution.
