P365:

I only have medium-sized hands, but the OEM grip was too small for even those. To keep from shooting left I had to put far more of my finger through the trigger guard than usual or comfortable, almost halfway between the first and second joints. The Wilson grip is about 0.2 inches larger all around. The checkering & stippling is more aggressive but not abrasive. The difference is dramatic. Now I can hold and shoot it like a boss.

P320:

I never had a serious beef with the OEM, but liked the 365's so much I thought I'd try it out. The dimensions are about the same from front to back, but side to side is almost 0.2 inches thinner, which can't hurt for concealed carry. The backstrap shape looks very much like that of the P220. Not as dramatic as the 365, but it did seem to shift less in my hand. I'll leave it on.

The magazines I had needed to be modified. This was a simple matter of removing the floorplates and biting the "ears" off with a side cutter plier. An end cutter would have been a little better, but I didn't have one, and only a very large one could cut the ear off in a single bite anyway. Because the cutting edges of the plier jaws are beveled on both sides, the ears won't cut off flush. I smoothed them up with a flat file. Some 80-100-grit sandpaper on a wood block would have been better, but I didn't have that either. I found that the ears didn't need to be completely flush anyway, so I just limited myself to smoothing up any burrs.

One note: the magazine catch parts are included, but not installed, I assume so the user can select handedness. A little bit of a nuisance to get the little tiny retaining tab in while pressing the button against its spring, but I got the hang of it.

Price with shipping and sales tax was about $80 out the door, which seems a tad pricey, but they won't break the bank.

I had the same issue with my P365X. The OEM grip was too small. Buying the Wilson Combat was money well spent. I also added the tungsten weights to the grip. They are great shooting little pistols.

I liked the Wilson P365 grip module so much, I purchased one for my P320 Compact. I found it to be too small and went back to the OEM module.

I have multiple Wilson P365 grips and they are definitely an improvement over stock. The Wilsons have a faint outline in the mold where the safety cutout would go. If you ever want to add a safety just follow the line with an x-acto knife.

Love the WC grip for the 365. Tried my brother's 320 with the WC grip, and didn't care for it. I much prefer the AXG grips for my 320's, and they're range/home defense guns anyway.
