I've been very happy with the Sig X-ray sights on my 320. Easy to install and they really pop when you are acquiring your sight picture. For the .45, you'll want to order the set with the 6 front and an 8 rear. For 9mm the 8 & 8 set will do the trick.
Any sight listed as compatible with a P-series, SIGPro, or P320 in 40S&W will work for .45ACP. You're looking for a #6 front and #8 rear. Trijicon HD's should be available from several vendors.
