I saw on Kramer’s website that they can do it. I was hoping someone here may have had it done and could tell me how it went, how long it took and what the price was.

Sorry, no help on your question. I had no idea they could do that. I never needed it.
My only Kramer is REALLY STIFF horsehide, it's been great.

Thank you for your reply. Yeah, mine is very stiff. The gun has kind of a 'click' when I holster it but it is super easy to unholster. While I don't want it hard to unholster I would want it tighter than that. Of course, I don't see it getting any looser. I keep going back and forth thinking it is ok but then I think I should have it tightened.

Kramer did email me back and said that at most it would cost me $45 and it would have to be remolded.

Just curious here, how old is this holster?

I believe it is older but in mint condition. I don't think its ever been used. I did not purchase new from Kramer.
