M&P 2.0 Grip Texture
If you have one or have handled one do you like the texture or not?

I shot a full size 2.0. I liked the texture while shooting. I have a problem with guns slipping around in my hands but that texture didn't move at all. I can't imagine carrying either the full size or new compact concealed. In my opinion it would be too rough for that.

I like it way better then the 1.0 texture and really locks into your hand without being uncomfortable at all. (I have only handled not shot)

That said I have a feeling it would be very abrasive if carried close to body, especially if you don't wear undershirts.

The Shield 45 does give me a raspberry when carrying. I bought a Crossbreed and it keeps the grip from rubbing.

I just bought a new 2.0 in .45 and I love the stippling. It matches my Shield .45 stippling. I CCW'ed the Shield .45 all summer and didn't have any problem with the stippling rubbing me in a negative way even though it was carried appendix.

In my opinion, the texture on the 2.0 guns is perfect. I'm not sure I would have the same opinion if I carried without a T-shirt under my cover garment, but a skinny guy should be fine.

I like it. Aggressive but doesn't chew you up.

Definitely like it.

Perfect and an improvement over the 1.0 for me. Those who complain about the texture probably have soft sensitive hands due to their life styles.

Just bought one and I really like it. Goes well with that improved trigger.

The new texture on the 2.0 is definitely "grippier" than that on the earlier guns. I like it.

love the texture, and the few times i have carried it AIWB around the house it hasn't been a issue. I will wait until i carry it for a full day though to give final thoughts on it.

If needed you can take some fine sandpaper and knock it down a bit.

I just took some 200 grit sandpaper and a *little* elbow grease to my 2.0. Feels perfect now! It was just a little to rough against my side when carrying.
