Does anyone know where to get the gray foam that SIG-Sauer uses inside their pistol cases? The foam in my new-to-me case is damaged and some is missing, and I would love to get enough to completely restore the bottom section. I tried yesterday at my local Harbor Freight thinking they might carry it, but no, and I don't know where else to look. Thanks!

My first thought was McMaster-Carr. But, for similar money you might look on Ebay for a donor case with good foam and use the empty box for holsters and such. I saw a few candidates, anything 226, 229 would probably work?

Which case?

The black one that my SP-2022/40 came in... has the foam cut to fit the pistol profile, plus one slot for the extra mag, and one rectangular cutout for the other bits and parts that originally came with it.

I think I might have found a general utility case that I can rob the foam out of and cut it to fit. Just have to get a break from working on my daughter's RV first, and that seems like a never-ending list!

I have a brand new large Sig pistol case that Sig sent me.I had a case that was missing a latch. I robbed the latch to replace my missing latch so I could use the original case with s/n and birthdate stickers. I will send you the case missing one latch if you want.pm me I can send a pic. Unused without one latch? It’s the current grey case.
