I'm interested in getting a P365 sometime this week. Pretty much entry level 365 Optics Ready w/manual safety. 10 round mags, being here in NY, yea! Anyway, my question is if I wanted to add a Macro Comp slide later on that I found on the EE would it just a simple swap, or do I need to be concerned with the manual safety? Thanks guys Foster's, Australian for Bud

Should be a simple swap. I built mine buying the slide first and just added everything later. If you decide to buy another grip module,(not really the frame but for the sake of argument we'll call it that), you might have to cut out the safety notch out in the module as they don't come already like that. Very easy to do. I did one for a P320 and P365.

Thanks Patw. I figured an easy swap as long as barrel lengths are the same. Grip mods easy as well. In fact there is a template on ebay for 12.00 or so. I did my 320 as well. Foster's, Australian for Bud

Barrel lengths are the same, but recoil spring assemblies are different lengths. You will need the extended length RSA, also. Q

Thanks Q, I didn’t realize that. Guess I would have eventually! Foster's, Australian for Bud

Slide is not affected by the manual safety but the grip frames are either notched for it or not notched at all. I think the after market grip frames have fewer options with the safety notch. Harshest Dream, Reality

That’s true Blackmore. Simple fix though. Foster's, Australian for Bud
