They have the Cabot Guns CLOAK 1911 Pistol

Concealed of course Big Grin

"the Cabot Cloak 1911 pistol is polished to a mirror finish, which, by reflecting the surrounding objects, makes the gun virtually disappear in the environment as if covered by a cloak of invisibility.

“The only way to achieve a mirror like finish without any wavy lines or orange peel distortion is to polish stainless steel BY HAND. If you use a wheel or try to chrome plate it you will blunt the corners and create a subtle funhouse mirror effect on the flats. Much like the flat facets on the F-117 stealth fighter’s ability to reflect radar waves away from the receiver, any distortions in the mirror finish will change the image reflected to the viewer and eliminate the “disappearing effect” cloak achieves.
The only solution is incredible skill and patience and some secret methods to get stainless steel to polish to this level.”"

I don't believe light works the same as radio waves. And why do snipers camouflage their rifles and scopes? To keep light from being reflected.

I like it. Predator vibes.

For ME:
DA/SA=Sig 9mm or HK P30 LEM 9
Striker fired= Glock 9mm
If it's a .45= 1911
Suppressed= HK in .45
I like anything in 10mm

I guess that's one way to spend money. It's not for me though.

Bad idea. As soon as I set it down, that’s another 20 minutes of looking around for it.

Only $35k. For a gun you'll never want to handle without gloves and most definitely never shoot. No thanks.

Radio waves are light waves. Just of a frequency your eyes cannot see. Wink

Cabot has some interesting 1911’s!
I think their entry level stuff starts at $5000 Eek
Their custom / 1 off / limited edition stuff is way the hell out of my price range. Especially for something that I’d never shoot!

It’s not confirmed, but I believe I heard that the meteorite 1911 set went for north of $500,000.

Here’s a link to their website and the “we’ll tell you how much it is”

Light IS a radio wave.
