I went to my local shooting range today to zero in the laser sight on my P-365. They have about 80 different rentals and to my surprise, they had the New Springfield Arms "Hellcat". Rented it and put a box of ammo through it. Nice pistol, it felt a little heavier than my P-365, recoil was harsher, fairly accurate though. Didn't care too much for the sights nor the trigger which was not quite as good as the Sig. Ergonomics were better on the grip for me, but that's about it. After I tuned in the laser I was getting 3" groupings at 10 yards. While it's a nice pistol, I'm keeping the P-365!

Me thinks you done the right thing. While the Hellcat is a nice weapon, the P365 IMHO is better. Tinyman ______________________________ Stupid people are like glo-sticks. I want to shake the shit out of them till the light comes on

I rented both and shot them side by side. I didn't care for the recoil the Hellcat has. I bought the P365. I like the fact the P365 has the 12 and 15 round mags available. I carry mine with the 12 round mag.

I've rented a Hellcat and brought my P365 on the day. I HATED the Hellcat, and I was so close to ordering one, probably would have, if they hadn't had one for me to rent. Yes, it's accurate, but that damned trigged really pinched my right index finger. I put a flat trigger in my P365 and it feels so great. I'll buy a second P365 before I take a Hellcat as a gift.
