Just put these aluminum grips on this Geneva 229. Do you prefer the original sig plastic grips or do you think these look better?

I am more concerned with how they feel in my hand. Hogue grips generally work the best for me.

Yeah I agree on feel. I’m not interested in shooting this one as much as preserving it properly. The factory grips are packed away in the og box, for that same reason. If I want to take a p229 to the range… I’ve got these

Just for fun though, I pulled some extra 229 grips out… what’s your opinion on aesthetics? The Black hogue g10s were on it and imo feel the best. I had some nills on it too, but it had the thumb rest and seemed excessive. New hogue checkered rosewood
