I worked for a department some 20+ years ago that issued P220's and s&w 36's. Many of the 36's had been neglected and needed some work, and that fell to me. I found that there were some charter arms snubbies there, too (no .44's). My impression of the charter arms revolvers was very poor, including observing internals break, bad timing, etc. Not a fan.
